Sky go extra not activated

I'm wondering why my sky go extra has not been activated as I've took out a sky mobile SIM & the terms & conditions clearly state that is included regardless and it's been 24 hours since & it's still not working so I've decided that I'm going to get rid of sky mobile and the TV package as well because there's ongoing issues with sky stream puck & it's simply not good enough given the large fees we pay to sky for the packages it's absolutely disgraceful really to be expected to pay for a service that is simply unfit for purpose.

I don't pay nearly £140 a month to reset sky puck every single day in hope that it will somehow deliver wot I'm paying for as the sky sports and tnt UHD add ons are shocking black screens and white/blue screens intermittent sound with no picture or picture but no sound it's not a simple 1 off either but non stop I'm awaiting a replacement puck which if it does the same then it's time to get rid of it as I'm not paying good money for a shambles of a service and it's very clear it's an ongoing issue looking through this form and various online availability forums.

I would give Sky a call on 150 about this as it might be that it needs to be activated manually on your account.
