Sky go screen on iPad

Why does my sky go app cut the screen off at both sides when I am on full screen on my iPad Air 13 inch surely this should have been fixed by now

If it was a widespread problem then I'm sure it will be investigated but seeing as though you appear to be the only person reporting this issue then it is unlikely anything will happen anytime soon.

I have 2 iPads,one is 7th gen, the other 8th gen. Cuts the edges off the display as if too zoomed in on both devices as if the display is stuck in 4:3 but is displaying the centre section of a 16:9 screen.
