I keep getting the following a error message on my iphone 13 running IOS 18
Sorry something went wrong
Your device needs to be authorised;
Please ensure it's conected to the interenet and try again
ok
i have re installed the skygo app, double checked that the device is registered and ensured that my wifi is working.
i rang Sky customer services 2 weeks ago and went through all the possible faults, etc and she said she would pass my problem to the investigation team, but I kave heard nothing.
skychat is a waste of time with this kind of problem
