Ok so I have an issue whereby I can only use the app if I disconnect it from the Sky Q box. Therefore when home I don't have access to BBC or recordings.
is there a fox for this. Tried deleting the app and installing again but same issues arise.
When connected to the Sky Q box I can all channels and recordings but just get a spinning wheel then an error.
