Hope someone can help - using the sky go app on my mobile, I am unable to watch anything from the tv guide. Every single channel displays "Programme information currently unavailable" and I cannot select anything to watch, not a single channel. Can view things from the Home Screen or browse, but that's not what I'm looking for. Have viewed other posts but none have the same wording, but a similar problem. None of the suggested solutions seem to work - have logged out and back in, have deleted and reinstalled, have disconnected from Sky Q. Wouldn't work at home or now (on holiday) using mobile data. Have loads of data and good signal. Have recently switched and am now a sky mobile customer too, feeling slightly disappointed is beginning to be an understatement. Any advice out there?

Try disabling the wifi connection, delete the app, reboot your device, enable the wifi agan before installing the app again.
