I'm trying to watch the good wife on demand but it says I need to upgrade.? I'm already paying asuch as I can afford and I was under the impression that on demand is included in my package. I also have the hd package too so someone help me please.

Yes, I'm able to watch it on my TV through demand but I'm trying to watch it on sky go on the phone but it tells me to upgrade

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
