I have a brand new pc and because of building work i need to watch sky Go on it. it loads, searches for updates and stops at the blue screen with the white go logo. Then it closes itself. I am not running citrix, i have installed, uninstalled, restarted, closed and then restarted my pc. The help bot has given up on me. Oh my wifi is fast - 195 -
Any ideas welcome
