I am having problems with managing the sky go app with my Samsung S21ultra. While at home on wifi I can set up a recording or series link but when I turn off wifi and on my 5g it just says "record request sent to sky box" and then doesn't set it up. Anyone got a reason for this?

There is no reason why it shouldn't work so when at home is your phone directly connected to your Sky Q box ?
