Have SkyGo on a Windows 10 laptop. Was working ok but when I go to launch it gets as far as 'checking for updates' then it shiuts down, I have reinstalled and tried to launch a number of times but always the same.
There previous history of this problem but no resolution.
A futher development is that SkyGo doesn't shut down before launching, now I get a SkyGo black screen indefinitely. Believe this is a Sky error and nothing to do with my software. It won't be the first time.
