Sky go not working (ps4)

Every time I open skygo and try to switch channels i get an error message saying Access from this household is restricted, anything I can do to get it working? I've tried the basics like logging out and reinstalling the app

Skygo not playing on amy device

Skygo randomly stopped playing 10 days ago, and had previously worked fine for years...

 

I can login still but nothing plays. 

 

Shows error

 

"Sorry, something went wrong, because of a technical issue,  you cannot watch this content, please try again later"  

 

This is on all of my devices....I have uninstalled the skygo app and reinstalled, logged in,  but still doesnt play. I've logged in with both my primary email and username...same result.

 

 

 

Also have tried to remove my devices on sky website under "manage devices".... it does not let me remove any of the devices after clicking remove and confirm.  The sky technical team could also not remove the devices from their end.

 

I have spoken to sky multiple times and noone there can fix the problem on the technical teams. Been on the phone for 2 hours today alone. - my first ticket was raised and sent to the technical team - this ticket was then rejected as they couldn't fix the problem. 

 

Sky team also tried to remove skygo from my account and then re apply it...still doesnt work. 

 

 

Does anyone have a solution for this? 

 

Im currently at a loss!

This technical error does get reported on here a bit and I don't think anyone has been able to figure out what is causing it.

 

So 10 days ago has anything changed on your account or did you change your online password or perhaps make some sort of change ?

No nothing had changed in my account at all or password....I can still log in to app fine and sky website. 

 

It just won't play....and cant remove devices under manage devices. Its very odd

 

Noone at sky technical is able to help

I have exactley the same problem ,  My Sky Go  stopped  working on all my devices ,  I  get the odd channel on occasions ,  I have tried 

everything ,   uninstalling  etc   ,  rang  Sky , impossible to talk to somebody  ,  only got  to  SMS  with them re the prob but they could not fix it 

been a week now  ,  I have the  full Sky package so see not reason   why it has suddenly stopped working ,  i get the errors PFE9001-IH , PFE9004-IH   also on the main channels i get 1413-IH ,  on devices  all i get is  due to technical  difficulties you cannot  watch  this channel , try again later  . Its over a week now  and  nobody in sky seems able  to  fix this .  Considering cancelling my whole subscription and moving on  .

This happens to be a few times I year, I delete the app and reinstall on the tablet not on sky account. and it works again.  Unfortunately, if you have programs installed you will need to redowload as everything gets deleted.  The other thing could be software updates do you have any updates pending in the devices?  Also maybe just delete from everything and just start with one, sometimes if you have a few devices logged into the account can cause errors.  Hope you get it sorted.
