There have been other reports with people with the 1413 error so have you made any changes recently to your TV account, especially cancelling or downgrading something ?

This is a customer helps customer forum so if you want support from Sky you will, either have to call them or use social media to get in touch.

I've got the same issue - just started for no apparent reason in the last few days - haven't made any changes to the account and still having the same issue despite trying all of the suggestions above.

Apparently you need to ring sky and ask them to remove all devices then you add them back on I'm waiting on sky doing this I'll update with the outcome

Problems accesing sky go on any device

Getting the following message when trying to watch a channel. 

Because of a technical issue you cannot watch this content . Please try again later. 

It happens on all devices. 

Tried reinstalling it.

What have you tried to fix this other than reinstalling?

 

Have you rebooted your broadband router etc...?

Try signing out of the app then reboot your device and then sign back into the app to see what then happens.

I have called Sky and they have attempted to remove all of my devices three times now.  They get the same issue as I do, so I wouldn't hold your breath on that one.

 

There is an underlying problem at account level which they say they are working on but my Sky Go has not worked for about 7 weeks now and there seems to be precious little progress on any so-called "fix".

You have got the same issue as me and a growing number of Sky Go users.  There appears to be some issue at account level which is preventing your devices from updating.  Signing out/in, reinstalling the app, trying a different Sky ID, none of those work.

 

If you login to your account and attempt to remove any devices from it, I'm going to guess you can't.  And there lies the problem.

 

Sky have somewhat acknowledged this is an issue affecting multiple customers, but mine hasn't worked for about 7 weeks now and despite repeated phone calls and emails Sky have done nothing to fix it so far.

Hi. Tried that. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Cleared cache. Restarted router. 

It errors on Android, iPhone,  PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Windows laptop, at my house, my parents house, my Sons house, on mobile data. 

Only time it works is on WiFi, and I select connect to Sky Q box, which defeats the object as I want to watch it away from my house.

I have same issue, tried reinstalling and still have the same issue, the app starts up with a black box and does not do anything else.

The 'Remove Device' option is not working on the 'manage devices' so therefore that's a failed solution.

 

Has there been a data breach? I ask  because when, after my skygo first failed,  I signed in to the sky account through Chrome , I had a pop up stating that there had been a data breach and I was to change my password.

 

I can only assume it's a technical problem at Sky's end because it's across multiple devices and networks.
