Sky Go App

Having rejoined Sky Go on the assurance that SKy Go App once again worked on Macs, I've found that thsi news was short lived. 

Quite soon after Septmeber and leading up to December 2024, the app was progressively getting worse and had to be resintalled several times. Now we're in February 2024 and after the recent OS update it's stopped working completely and no about of removal or reinstallation will make it work.

The are an increasing number of reports that the Sky Go update servers maybe causing an issue, this has started recently, I have alerted the Sky Mods

i was on to sky and the fault went so it may have been recified for now as i am all back to normal.

The Sky Go team looked into this problem and have now confirmed that the issue has been resolved, which should now enable users to complete the update.

We're now in the evening, Friday, 7th Feb, 2025 and this is my third day being unable to use Sky Go. All I get is a message telling me an update is available - but nothing happens.

Help required please.

As at 6pm Saturday 8th Feb, Sky Go app is still not working on my Windows PC. It still says downloading update but nothing ever happens. Please could you let me know how to get it working again?
