I am receiving error code -2019 0001. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
Tablet: Nexus 10
OS: android
Beta version: 22.11.1
I joined beta last month due to getting the previous error and it worked for a few weeks, but now I am getting a new error.
I updated the app today as it would not let me watch live TV or on demand services, but since the update I get the error message and cannot even sign in.
Please let me know how to resolve.

Nokia G10. As soon as I open the app for Sky Go it closes. No error message given. Have uninstalled and reinstalled both android system view and Sky Go.

RESOLVED!!!
I am a Sky Engineer and have just had this issue with a customer onsite,
Samsung Galaxy S10
app wasn't loading so uninstalled it then when we went into the Google play store to re-download we could see it in the list but once clicked on it says error and won't allow a download.
RESOLUTION
go to phone Settings
search APPS then click on that.
find google play store and press on it
top right corner of the screen are 2/3 dots
click dots and select uninstall updates.
once done go back into the Google play store and download the app and sign in 👍🏻

Hi
We are using the Android H96 Max Android TV box, we have installed the beta version of Sky Go and waited 24hrs but are still getting the error message, please advise what else we can try

I am receiving error code -2019 0001. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
On my P30.
I have undated Android Web view as suggested.
Done the delete updates on play store.
Also tried on my tablet but get the same problem
Signed up for beta as well.
Any ideas

OK so it is now working on my P30.
Will now try tablet.

I have the A8 tablet and it has this error come up on it, done the usual things but not solved the issue ?
