I Can't Install Sky Go on my Mac 5,1 OS Catilina on an unsupported Mac. It's been working fine for around 10 months with no issues until now.
Here is what happened: Tried to boot it up, it did not. Tried to find the App to uninstall it and then reinstall it - it was not there. Then download the installer, it got as far as updates then crashed and dissapered, tried three times, no joy. I think it's because either Catalina is not supported anymore, or My Mac 5,1 is not capitible. I ran Dosdude1 patcher to install Catalina, hence Catalina is not supported on a Mac 5,1, the patcher is a work around from a clever chap who calls himself Dosdude1.
Have no other issues with my Mac other than Sky Go App.
Sky Go on my iPad and iPhone work fine
I rang Sky and they don't have an answer.
