Sky Go won't work on my Samsung laptop with a Snapdragon X Elite processor. I searched and found a thread on here about how others solved the problem by changing the emulation settings of the app.
I followed the steps advised, the app loads, does the usual update checks, allows me to select a channel which plays (nearly) but the picture is greyed with a spinning wheel in the centre and that's as far as it gets.
Any ideas?

Seems you have the same problem as I have experienced. I clean-installed Windows 11 24H2 on my 3-month old laptop (not Snapdragon) after which I get exactly the same symptoms as you. Strange because another PC in our house which has the same 24H2 level works fine.
I've done some tests and found that if you clean-install 23H2 first, then do an update in place to 24H2 then Skygo works. I assume your PC has come with 24H2 pre-installed.
I've reported this problem on here, and I've also emailed the technical team at apps@sky.uk and all I've had back in a reply, probably AI-generated, advising me to consult the trouble-shooting guide. See my earlier post
Can someone here from Sky please pick this issue up urgently?
