Hi, I'm a brand new customer (eagerly awaiting my new tv to be delivered)
I'm trying to log into the sky go app for the first time - on an iPhone 13 pro - but it's saying there's a technical error.
Can anybody help me please?

I've checked my VPN is disabled and cleared my cache.
Checked my iPhone software is up to date, restated my phone and re
downloaded the app.
It allowed me to log in once as I could see the tv guide but nothing would play and I haven't managed to get in since.
