Sky Go Extra

Just checked my bill and it appears that Sky have charged me for Sky Go Extra. I didn't voluntarily ask for it and don't want it. How can I get my money back and cancel it? Why would it have just appeared?

Do you use Sky Go on a console because if you do then Sky Go Extra is required allowing you to do this.

 

If you don't then give Sky a call about cancelling it.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
