Sky go not working Error 1404

Ive just signed up to Sky waiting for my puck to show up, advisor said i could watch sky go while im waiting for it to arrive

 

Made a sky ID and everything and its saying that sky go is currently unavailble please try again later Error 1404 is the app down for anyone else?
