Sky Go App won't work on Windows PC

We've had a new Laptop with Windows 11 on. Always used Sky Go with no problems at all on older laptop (also using Windows 11) but can't get it to work on this new one. Get to the log-in and password page, complete them, then it just closes itself down! What's wrong?
