Sky Go Eircode error
I set up a Sky Account in January but have yet to be able to use Sky Go - I have been back to the Sky Store on 4 different occasions and no-one can help. 4 staff members have been involved and have no idea why the Eircode is not recognised!!! The advise was to contact Customer Service as they couldn't help me, I asked if they could contact someone from the Store but they said no it doesn't work that way. I am still waiting for a respone to my query from Customer Service. Can anyone help me it's very frustrating? I can login with email and password but get an error message with the Eircode and it suggests I try later. When this is a service that is offered by Sky it should work without any difficulties, Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
