When I open up Sky Go on my iPad I can no longer see the Continue Watching rail.  Tried signing out and in again, also reloaded app, still not working, any ideas?

Continue watching not working

Hello

when I use the sky go app and home page, the continue watching section has disappeared? I have tried switching off and turning back on but still does not appear? This is very frustrating as I use this app a lot.

Hi, I deleted and reinstalled the app and the 'Continue Watching' tab reappeared. However, it has disappeared again after a few days. It's very frustrating and it's been a week since this was raised as an issue - please update us on the progress.

Can you confirm that Sky are actually looking into this issue, and the "Continue Watching" app will be restored asap, or has it actually been removed for good, and will not be restored?  Thanks.

WOW! It's a Christmas miracle, come early😂 😎 The Continue Watching row is back! I've got back home, turned on my TV, and BOOM! There it is,  so BIG THANKS to the tech squad that have sorted out this issue. It is very much apprciated.

I no longer see continue watching and I have no indication of which episodes I have watched - judging by the discussion I am not alone and this control to be a long running problem. Grateful for any advice you may have, Simon

When I sign into my skygo app I can't see the recordings tab. I have multiscreen. Please help.

Hi there.  I have sky q multiscreen and when I go into skygo I cannot access my recordings as the tab has gone.  Can anyone help please.  I have uninstalled app, restarted my phone and cleared cache.

I complained about this problem along with playlist vanishing on a few acations, for the last few months with no resolution, last phone call escalated the problem with a ref. No. but still no solution, not lost playlist lately but continue watching for programes watched still does not work so frustrating having to search episodes of watched series to find where to start watching again......🙃😞

just spoke to sky again still no solution to problem , advised tech. Dept. very busy at present dealing with more pressing issues so my problem is not front of priority que = not happy chappy!!!!
