Sky Go Error 1410 - TNT Sports

I have a full Sports package. When I sign into Sky Go, I am able to watch Sky Sports, but when I try to watch channel 410 - TNT Sports - I get error code 1410 'You need the relevant Sky subscription to watch this show'.

Any idea what could be going on?

@Jonu1939  When you say you have full sports subscription are both sky sports and TNT sports showing separately on your bill

 

A sky sports subscription alone does not include TNT sports as TNT is a separate extra subscription 

 

if you are in Ireland do you have a sports extra subscription

I think I'm billed for it separately. I am able to view all TNT channels on my TV,  just not on Sky Go.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
