Hi
Last night I went to put Sky on my Xbox as I usually do but I was asked to sign in... when I did it said:
"You can't use Sky Go on this device yet. you'll need a Sky Q Multiscreen SKY Glass whole home or sky go extra subscription to access sky go on this device"
But I do have a sky go extra subscription. It has worked flawlessly for years and now its just stopped
Please can I get some help? Thank you

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I only have basic sky go which comes package. worked perfectly ok up till now. Works ok on PC, phone but np on xbox one. Need help please,..

As noted in multiple other posts, that's as expected: the new app release checks for the required extra subscription component of either Multiroom, Multiscreen or Whole Home
