Ever since my xbox one updated the sky go app a couple of weeks a go , I can no longer login in to use sky go , it's saying I need sky extra or multiscreen!
I've looked in my rewards for a free upgrade or add on, but nothing, even though I'm over 20 years with sky.

That link for contacting sky just sticks you back in the eternal sky help guide loop, which gets nowhere and doesn't answer anything.

OK thankyou yes deep in the second link, right at the bottom of the page under a small fonted ,greyscale , get more help link ! There is a number !
