Has anyone else requested Sky Go Extra be removed from their account & nothing happens? Have spoken twice now with different agents requesting this & nothing happens. I do not wish to pay for this service.

Yes I am definitely paying for it now - did not used to though.

Are you sure you are paying for it as some of us have it for free with things like VIP bonuses etc...?
