Recordings Button Is Not working or Missing on Sky Go

I opened the Sky Go App on Android Tablet But My Recordings on Sky Q Box is not working or missing. Please Give back the Recording Button Thank You!

@Noggin1 do you pay for multiscreen as you need this subscription to access your recordings on your Q box from Sky Go

I have same problem on my Iphone!

- i pay £15 per month for multiscreen

- i have restarted both Sky Q box and Phone.

- i have deleted and downloaded Sky Go several times.

- i have gone through Sky's troubleshooting such as it is. 
- I can use the phone to control Sky Q box TV and record programmes on the Sky Q box. 
- I have scoured the internet to no avail.

I have the same issue I called sky and they said it won't work on Android mobile app only tablets. It works on my amazon tablet but not android mobile. I have tried restarting both sky q box and uninstall reinstalling and restarting my hub. The best of it is I had it on my mobile app up until 2weeks ago!! Also I do have sky multiroom.

Has anyone found a solution to this? Pretty frustrated after speaking with sky, going through various troubleshooting and then they tell me give it 24 hours and it should work....of course it hasn't! I have sky multiroom and a recent Samsung mobile which is up to date as well so it should work

GOID NEWS!! 
Opened up Sky Go and got a message rmto say that I could use same login details for my Sky Go if I clicked on a link. I clicked on the link and My Sky indicated it needed to be updated which I did.  I then closed it and went back to Sky Go and there was my recording button and access to my sky Q box recordings.!!!!

Same thing just happened to mine this morning, opened sky go app and clicked on pop up message and now I have recordings available for sky q box, delighted! Thanks guys
