Hi All,
Having problems signing into Sky go on apple TV and keep being promted to purchase whole home when it's already part of my package.
Any idea's please?

You can only access Sky GO on an Apple TV box if you have a Whole Home subscription😉
Can you watch Sky GO on other devices ... are you sure you are using the correct username/password☹️
What sort of Apple TV box do you have?

@Exiled-in-HH thanks for your reply. Yes I have wholehome on my SKY TV Subscription and i'm using the correct credentials.
The model no for the apple tv is A2843

That would be a Apple TV 4K (3rd Generation) ... so should support access to Sky GO?
Have you tried delete and restore of the Sky GO app?
Do you have any issues accessing Sky GO on other devices?

I might be totally wrong but I thought Sky Go had been superseded? There is a new Sky Sports app that you can stream stuff on.

@Exiled-in-HH thanks for the info. Yes android and consoles arent a problem. Only apple device I have though is the TV box and thats where i'm hitting this brick wall and it's telling me I don't have whole home when I do 😕
