Hello Lisa,
I have this message over the last few days "There is a problem connecting to my Sky Go app - please try later." Can you help me resolve this please. I have had problems for about the last week. My account is up to date and I've made no changes.

An iPad Pro. I have since discovered that - during the weekend of 6th/7th July I was able to watch U.K. content in Madrid (over a VPN) but on Wednesday 10th I was getting the error message. It appears that using a VPN that I use when not on my home WiFi (which is somewhat the point of it) is no longer compatible with Sky Go.
Annoying.
