Hello Lisa,
I have this message over the last few days "There is a problem connecting to my Sky Go app - please try later." Can you help me resolve this please. I have had problems for about the last week. My account is up to date and I've made no changes.

You were probably fortunate that Sky Go worked whilst you were not back in the UK as usually the app will through up an error when the VPN is on.

An iPad Pro. I have since discovered that - during the weekend of 6th/7th July I was able to watch U.K. content in Madrid (over a VPN) but on Wednesday 10th I was getting the error message. It appears that using a VPN that I use when not on my home WiFi (which is somewhat the point of it) is no longer compatible with Sky Go.
Annoying.
