I am trying to watch sky on my computer and it says am capable of recordings?
I am trying to watch my sky on my computer and it says I am running software capable of recording? I am not as far as I am aware?

Make sure the Windows snipping tool is not running because if it is this can cause this error, also close down any programs that can capture sound, video or pictures.
