SKY GO update not working for Windows 10 on Laptop

@ClareriddsStill not heard a thing from the Sky Support team. Pretty Poor. Can you not just sort the issue and release a fixed instaler. Sky Go 23.2.2.0 is a bust and you have numerous threads trashing it.

Is Customer Experience less important to you than the Copy Protection you are forever ******** around with.

Would be easier if the my just send an e-mail to me registered address - as opposed to waiting for hours/days logged on so they can 'chat' me.
