PlayStation SkyGo not working

Hello there, my package includes skygo, which I can get on my phone and pad, however this morning I can sign in on my PlayStation but it won't let me view anything. It's telling me to purchase the sky go extra package. It was working yesterday so I'm confused.

As described on their help pages, 'TV from Sky' on a console requires Go Extra, Multiscreen or Whole Home.  this appears to be happening to a lot of console users.

Thank you for your reply. I'll have a look into this. It worked before so I'll investigate it 👍🏻👍🏻. Been with sky for years, diamond viewer.
