PF 9903 on PC
Sky Go on the my windows laptop has started throwing up the PF 9903 error. No applications capable of capturing the screen appear to be running. I've even disabled software that's never caused a problem previously, like NVidia Broadcast/Experience and Discord. The problem persists.
Where can I find the documentation for the Sky Go program showing which apps it's incompatible with? I should be able to cross reference that with services running on my PC.
This software is so old fashioned, it's desperately in need of replacement.

Re: PF 9903 on PC
There will be something running in the background running otherwise you will not see this error, have you checked to see if the Windows snipping tool isn't running. Other than that have a look to see if you are running any of these:

Re: PF 9903 on PC
Is a joke ... this only happens on SKY. You have to be a IT specialist to watch Sky Go. Otherwise forget it and move elsewhere.

Re: PF 9903 on PC
No joke as you need to close down anything running in the background that can be used to capture sound, video or pictures.
