Not working

I can't watch anything as it's sayin there's a technical fault, try again later.

Have you rebooted the device you are running Sky Go on?

It is impossible to try "everything" otherwise you would have fixed your issue, without specifying what you have tried people will just give you instructions you have already tried which helps no one 😞

I have tried EVERYTHING. It works for a few minutes then goes off saying there's a technical error try again later.

If that were true then why not just give up as no one can have any different suggestions as you have tried EVERYTHING!!!!

 

Anyhow will still don't have enough information to work with as we don't even know what device you are using 😞

@Debbieburns26 if you want assistance from other members of this community you are going to have to give us more information than it just doesn't work and you have tried everything.

 

If you tell us what you have already tried ( and thus didn't work) it will help community members potentially understand what the problem may be and help suggest a solution.

 

Also as requested a couple of times in this thread already by @caesarome if you have provide details on the device you are running Sky Go on it will also help people provide useful advice.
