Discussion topic: Skygo on Windows 10 freezes on sign in page

Skygo freezes on sign in page, i have deleted app and all associated pages in various places on computer, emptied recycle bin, re-installed Skygo app and exactly the same.

Can somesone explain why this is happening as seems i am not the only one with this problem, and how do i resolve it ?????
