Sky Go not loading after update 24.1.3.0

Have you checked to see if there is another update available as while it should download when you first load it up it is still worth checking.

Hi ceasarome, where did you get your update from as I still keep getting 24.1.3.0 when I download the app from the Sky website?

Sky Go works fine on my Windows 11 PC. 

App version number is 24.1.3-1

exactly the same problem as Patricia453. No  picture, only sound.

No Picture but Sound issue:

Sky help desk (even Gold Command) didn't resolve the issue even though they said it would be resolved "in 24Hrs". In the end I took my PC to a local PC repair shop. My local shop resolved the issue, he removed Windows 11 and loaded Windows 10 onto my laptop. All works now (and at a cost).

All i get when i try to watch skygo on my pc is commentary but no picture

When the blank screen loads up try putting your cursor on one of the corners of it and then try dragging it to make it bigger to see if that then loads up Sky Go.

sky go on windows 11 Has no video but has sound after update to 24.1.30.0 was working fine before update

Have uninstalled it and reinstalled still same problem .

What the hell is that answer! You know very well you have issues with your latest release and couldnt give two hoots about it, extremly frustrating and zero real support!

@caesarome still nothing new and the problem persists? Has this been escalted? its affecting all operasting systems and peopls seem to be getting very frustrated. Its an issue with the latest upate without doubt but sky seem to be unwilling to resolve.
