Sky Go on iPhone

I have the Sky Go app downloaded and everything appears fine until I click to watch a live show on my phone and I get an error message saying to visit the MySky app to upgrade but when I go into that app it says I'm set up for all the channels.

anyone any ideas why SkyGo doesn't appear to be working?

Hey thanks, no nothing. And it's all channels I get the error for, not just the add ons like sports.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app

I didn't even think to try that but it has worked a treat! Cheers mate!
