New iPad and now can't watch Sky Go

I've recently bought a newer iPad and now can't access Sky Go. I'm getting the message Please check that. you're subscribed to this channel, that you're not streaming on the maximum number of devices. Error code 50-2
I've deleted and reinstalled the up to date Sky Go app and have checked and I only have 2 devices connected to the account.  Each time I reinstal the app and reboot my iPad I'm able to stream programmes for a short while.  However, as soon as I'm inactive on the app and then go back to it I get the same old error message.  Any guidance much appreciated.

Go to Settings > Sky Go > Location and turn off Precise Location off.


If you use a VPN make sure this is turned off.
