Blocking access

Hello.

 

ive tried to block other people using my skygo but following the links from a previous thread.  I've changed the password, Ive managed (deleted) the devices I don't want using as well as removed the apps.

 

yet STILL others are gaining access to my skygo!! I'm guessing they have set their (MY!) skygo to keep logged in...... so my question is how do I stop other people accessing it?  Please advise, thanks

That just tells me what I told you.... Theyre still gaining access to my skygo.... 

 

I believe theyre just permanently logged in and regardless how many times I change my password they continue to gain access

The procedure does not take effect instantly, the Sky serviers take a little while to update and kick the devices login tokens

Was this what you did:

 

First change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/


Then go to this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage


If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off. This might not happen straight away but should do soon enough.

Hi, yes that's what I tried at the start of the week but people continue to access my skygo.  Any further ideas?  Thanks for your help
