My sky box
My sky box which im paying 20euro a month won't give me any sky , only network connection which is an extra 27euro a month. Help me get my skybox working again please.

@Shay44 Sky Go isn't a TV Box it's an app, which TV box do you have Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky stream?
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
