GO not starting, we are having problems connecting the application

Windows 11 laptop, GO doesnt start and I get the  we are having problems connecting the application message
WIFI is connected
Have reinstalled several times
Installed as Admin

Run as Admin

always the same message

Could anything be blocking it like a firewall ?
