Hi there, is there anyway of using Sky on a Meta Quest 3S please?

Given Meta Horizon OS is built upon the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) it might not be entirely impossible to get Sky Go to work on it. However that's not something Sky would support (or encourage) and so is probably best researched elsewhere.
