I'm having this exact same problem, Can see bills etc, but getting this on all  my deices when i try to manage devices.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I am fairly new to sky and have experienced the same issue, the rest of the Sky Go app seems to be working fine but when selecting Devices in Settings, an error message appears.

Select "Manage Device" against whatever you want to remove then scroll down to "Remove Device".

 

If not what is the error message ?

Sky go - Manage devices doesn’t work

I log into sky on my iPad or iPhone and access sky go, manage your devices. I then just get "Whoops, there's been an error. sorry we are experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later." But this is always the case. Thanks, Mike

I am having exactly the same issue and getting the same error message. Sky seem to think there is no issue but there clearly is.

It appears there are many people having the same issue when trying to manange devices and this has been happening for over half a year now. Can someone competent at Sky come up with a solution to get this resolved asap. Your customers pay a lot of money to you and you are not delivering on your services. I have spoken to numerous customer services people and still no resolution.

On here you are talking to other customers somif you want help you will have to either call or use social media to make contact with them.

Mine is still not fixed after changing my password and deleting multiple user ID's the problem remains the same.

Sky, this is getting beyond a joke now. I have now had a call back from your client services advising the issue is fixed. Guess what? It's not fixed in the slightest and still receiving the same error whoops message. How incompetent are you! 

I would like you cancellations dept. to call me ASAP as I would like to go to one of your competitors who actually provide a better service than yourselves. It's an absolute disgrace, after 18 years with you, how poor your service is.

How long has this been going on for now, and Sky still haven't sorted it? Tried to connect to them via chat with no joy, then tried their x account https://x.com/SkyHelpTeam/with_replies, but 

 

'At present, our teams can’t receive messages sent here and are unable to respond. In the meantime, you can still get support through our: Facebook page: https://facebook.com/SkyHelpUK Instagram page: https://instagram.com/sky_uk/ Thank you for your patience and understanding.'
 
It's utterly and absolutely pathetic tbh. I don't have a facebook or instargram account and I'm not making one. What the hell is going on with this company? Making themselves look a complete bunch of clueless amateurs. I'm paying sky £130 a month for this bloody rubbish. PULL YOUR FINGER OUT GUYS AND ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING TO HELP US.
