I am having the same issue. 
Sky have not been able to fix despite checking accounts are paired, reinstalling app and ensuring vpn turned off. Sooo frustrating. Sky please fix your sky go app

i can only see two out if five devices sky say i have connected. It will only allow to edit the name not add/remove a device.

What happens if you watch something on a device that doesn't appear does it then appear ?

 

You do t sctually need to remove a device because should all your slots be full and you then use a new device it will automatically removed the oldest unused  one.

I was able to remove only 1 device out if five connected using your link as it was the only one that showed. Apart from that it just still says Whoops there seems to be an error when you click on my devices and I am essentially still at square one.

@Caserome I appreciate you are not an "employee" of Sky and this is a customer 2 customer platform, but you appear to know a lot and would think you have specific contacts at Sky that you could talk to. As you can see from all the comments, this is a massive issue for other customers and yet even when Sky say they have sorted the issue, they clearly haven't and therefore a national outage. As this has been going on nearly a year now, I feel there's more to it than Sky are letting on. 

Maybe you could escalate this to your contacts at Sky so we don't keep going around in circles.
