No Skygo on windows 11

Have a brand new laptop - Microsoft. Installed skygo and all was good. opened today and it just checks for updates and then takes me back to start. All working on android and apple ipad. Followed every possible suggestion. uninstalled, re-installed blah blah blah. Anyone have a real idea what todo?

Have you checked that Windows 11 is up to date with all the latest updates?

Have you checked for firmware updates for the laptop itself?

I've just tried loading SkyGo on my Windows 11 PC and it works fine. It does its usual update check then reopens on the Sky Go home page. This is version 25.4.2 of the Sky Go app.

Suddenly having the same issues with skygo after a windows update in the past few days. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still that same error when it's working find on mobile.
