I was trying to redeem the free Apple TV trial and it says I’ve already redeemed the code .

I'm trying to redeem a code for the 6 months Apple TV but it says I've already redeemed the code.  I haven't . I did go to use it but then didn't .

I have been on online chat and the phone and never get to speak to the right person ! 
Help!

The Apple TV offer finished a few weeks ago but if you claimed it via the app you have until the 7th July to get it activated.

Yes I did but it says the code has been used . I got the code about 4 weeks ago

If you have redeemed the code then you shouldn't need to do it again so it might be worth calling Sky to see if they can get it activated for you.
