Sky Go not working on laptop, android or iPhone since app updates

Sky Go is not working on laptop, android or iPhone since recent app updates. Getting error 1.12 on android, PFE 9001 on laptop and 17c.1 on iPhone. Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Although my WiFi / internet was working for everything else on phone and laptop, turning the router off and on again has resolved the issue with Sky Go on all devices.

On the Android device try turning the Wi-Fi off then deleting the app, rebooting the device, turning Wi-Fi back on and installing the app again.

 

On the iPhone do you have private relay enabled, if so try disabling this.

 

On your laptop in the settings try turning if the Sky Q box connection.

@caesarome Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately, no joy. 

 

Reinstall didn't work and those settings are already turned off on my iPhone and laptop.

 

I'm wondering if it's an account issue?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
