I don’t have my box yet but sky go would not work

I got a letter saying that I can use sky go before I get the box but every time I try and watch something it says you "need to upgrade your subscription"

Are you have a Sky Q box installed or something like Sky Stream or Glass ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
