I can’t watch sky on my sky go app

I can't watch sky go, on my sky app. I've logged out and I've re-loaded the app and still doesn't work

When you try to watch something what is happening so if you see an error message what does it say ?

Has it been working up to now or are you new to the Sky Go app ?

I've got exactly the same problem. Sky Go does not work on any devices it previouslyworked  fine on. Two separate messages appear, depending on which device:

 

"Sorry, Something went wrong. Because of a technical issue, you cannot watch this content. Please try again later"

or

The same but with "error code 1313"

 

Most frustratingly, I've been in contact with Sky technical support a number of times and they have so far said they can't come up with a solution. All the uninstalling and reinstalling advice has done nothing. They aren't even offering a timeframe for resolution. 

 

It's been two months now. Come on Sky, even threatening to cancel my subscription has not helped. Technical wanted me to renew my subscription for two years because "that might be the issue"! Why would I enter a new contract when they can't get Sky GO to work?

 

Can anyone else help?
