TV Guide not working on my laptop

TV guide not working on laptop - all ok on my Samsung phone. Can watch programmes on home page on laptop, e.g., Today's Top Picks. But when I click on TV Guide, says 'Unable to retrieve channel listings'.

Been through everything with Sky customer services relating to Sky Go app and Sky Q box - 90 mins phone call in two calls but unresolved. Sky now saying problem is with my laptop! No obvious things like VPN etc.

Anyone have any ideas?

@ChrisO6

Without knowing what you have done it is difficult for us to suggest something that you haven't already tried ?

Re: TV Guide not working on my laptop

Uninstalled and reinstalled sky go, restarted laptop and WiFi, completely updated, reset and restarted sky q box remotely. Reviewed and amended log in process.

It is working foe me so although you are not using a VPN could something else like the Windows Firewall be blocking it ?

Re: TV Guide not working on my laptop

Hi, I'll check but can't see why it would be blocked and, if it was, would the programmes on the home page or catchup not work either
